Michele Carey, the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr the doctor, along with Thelma Henson, the homewife she was born Michele Lee Henson on February 26th, 1942, at Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America. In her teens she had a great talent in piano playing and was the winner of a national competition at the Chicago Music Festival when she was just 13 years old. When she moved to Fort Collins, Colorado she settled with her family. She completed high school at Fort Collins High School and was graduated in 1960.
